Holiday Inn Express & Suites Terrell by IHG

Basic Holiday Inn, basic stuff. Microwave doesn't turn and fridge doesnt cool down very much. Nice and quite sleep with a decent bed. Who can complain with the low price.

Stopped here during cross country road trip, was totally fine. AC worked, bed was fine. Location was good for parking UHaul, staff was nice. Place is a little run down (light missing cover, one towel had a stain), but completely serviceable for our purposes

I didn't use but has a Jacuzzi and indoor pool. What is cool is it's within walking distance of a nice Mexican restaurant and I hop. Also a small shopping center. The TV has a nice position in the room. Only downside for me was in the bathroom the grout for the floor tiles is disappearing

This hotels service was awesome and the lady at the front desk was awesome, she was personable and also asked if we would like any recommendations on places to eat. This was a very welcoming gesture and gave me a personalized feel when checking in. The only issue I had with the hotel was the room. The size of the 2 queen suit was awesome but it smelled like a old casino or something. Beds were on the old side as well and gave me a feeling that they def need to be updated. The room aesthetics were on the older side so it was like a trip back to the 90's lol. But I will end with the fact that the staff made this visit a success, very accommodating and personable.

This hotel needs an upgrade but the staff was amazing. From check in with Elisa to Jennifer helping a special need my wife had to Angela always having a smile on her face and a genuine care for us. The buffet was really yummy and fresh. Lots of choices for breakfast. The location was convenient to shopping and restaurants and we felt safe there. The rooms we OK, the furniture was wiped down with something sticky and the beds were not that comfortable for me. We travel pretty extensively and have stayed at several Holiday Inn properties, this one definitely needs some remodeling and upgrades to get this back to a 5 star review. I'd stay again just because of how the staff made me feel. Thank you ladies for your awesome service.

General manager and front desk are extremely helpful and easy to get along with. They always make sure that my time at their building is easy and enjoyable.

This hotel was a great value for the price. The front desk attendant was absolutely amazing — super helpful, friendly, and really went above and beyond. Not only did she check us in late the night before, but she was also there the next day, still smiling and welcoming. That kind of consistency says a lot. The pool was warm, the Jacuzzi was great, and the gym was decent. Breakfast was delicious. I also really appreciated the classic touches — the vintage-style furniture and those golden luggage carts gave it some charm. The beds were comfy, but a few things could use updating — especially the A/C. I did like that they provided Dove products for toiletries. However, there were some insects by the pool, in room, so more frequent extermination wouldn’t hurt. Overall, I’d give it a solid 4 out of 5.

Everything was great, from check-in to check out! The concierge at check-in was friendly and efficient. The room was spacious and clean, and the bed was comfortable. It was quiet, and I woke refreshed. Breakfast was good, and check out was fast. I only stayed overnight on my way through Texas, but I would definitely recommend this Holiday Inn Express for travelers!
